Return period
You may return an item within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

be unworn and unwashed

be in its original condition

be free from perfume, makeup, or signs of use

preferably be returned in its original packaging
For hygiene reasons, items that show signs of wear or use cannot be accepted.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend sending your return with track & trace. byOumich cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.
Exchanges
Would you like a different color or style?
The fastest way is to:

place a new order for the item you prefer, and

return the unwanted item following our return procedure.
This ensures the new item is reserved for you and avoids it selling out.
Refunds
Once the returned items are received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5 business days using the original payment method.
The original shipping costs are not refunded, unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
